This is a very detailed course, it includes food preparation, cooking, serving, plating and a lot of food tasting. The kitchen facility is immaculate and it gives each student their own professional section to work at. Work experience was one of the best aspects of this course and I would recommend it to anyone who is passionate about a career in the food and professional cookery industry.
