Testimonial
I decided to do the hotel and hospitality operations course as I had a passion for working with the public. After talking to the guidance councillor in the college I decided to do this course and I am glad I did. This course gives you the opportunity to work in the hospitality industry and gain experience through doing work placement. This course has helped with my customer service skills and has given me the confidence to successfully work in the hospitality industry. The staff at Carlow Institute were extremely helpful and encouraging always helping me to achieve my goals. I am now currently fulfilling my passion and working as a receptionist in a hotel.
