Property and Facility Management

Our one-year Properties and Facilities Management programme will prepare you with the skills and knowledge you need for a career in the world of property and estate agency and for progression to further study. Property Management and the letting sector in Ireland are areas which have experienced notable growth in recent years.

Students will gain a comprehensive understanding of the various methods and roles involved in selling and managing property in Ireland to include legal structures, taxation and marketing strategies. Students will also understand the economic factors influencing property and property valuation methods while developing their IT skills through the use of Excel in compiling reports, rent roll management, maintenance schedules, quotations, valuations, market analysis and tenant communication logs.
