Animal Science – Level 6

Animal Science is an advanced course, building on the occupational skills achieved at Level 5. It is a perfect stepup course to lead you to supervisory careers, or onto Higher Education studies.

Testimonial

On finishing my Level 5 in Animal Care I decided that I wanted to continue my education in the animal care world. I decided to do another QQI course, this time in Animal Science in Carlow Institute of Further Education. So far, the course is both practical and academic in equal measure ensuring an all-round educational experience.

Everyday since starting has been both challenging and interesting and fun! Overall doing the Animal Science course has been a fantastic experience and I would recommend it to anyone graduating from a level 5 in Animal Care to continue their education in Carlow Institute.
