Outdoor Sports and Recreation
The aim of this award is to enable the learner to develop knowledge, skills and competencies in a range of outdoor sport and recreation activities, to allow them gain employment in a variety of outdoor recreation contexts and/or to progress to further and/or higher education and training. Potential jobs include entry level positions as assistant instructors in adventure centres, adventure tourism companies and private enterprises in Ireland and the UK.
