VTOS Hospitality & Food with General Learning

The Office Skills Level 4 course is an introduction to essential office skills that are highly valued in the workplace. Throughout the course, you will engage in various activities and learning modules, including the choice of an extra module: Communication and Interpersonal Skills, Organisational Skills, Proficiency in Information Technology, and Customer Service. With the inclusion of an extra module, this course provides the learner with the skills and knowledge to take up employment, or progress to further education and training in the following areas: Office and Administration, and Food and Hospitality.

  • Acceptance on a Level 4 course is subject to an interview and skills check
  • Minimum English language requirement of B1 in the Cambridge English Test
